Traditionally used by Naturopaths & Herbalists to soothe and calm. It is a bitter tonic indicated for conditions like indigestion, colic, abdominal pain, nausea, and decreased bile flow. Also used as an anti-spasmodic for the muscles, and an anti-allergic, and anti-microbial for upper respiratory tract conditions, allergies, and gut dysbiosis.

Steep: 1 teaspoon per cup of boiled water for 3 minutes.

Blends well with Peppermint, Aniseed, Fennel, Hibiscus flower, Jasmine, Rose petal, Rosehip, Lavender, Licorice root, Lemongrass, Lemon myrtle.

Storage: Our organic chamomile is pretty precious. It's sensitive to heat & humidity and prefers to be stored in the fridge in the heat of summer. It's likely to attract bugs.
